Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient's mental health status, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement comprehensive, coordinated treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and any prescribed medications to increase understanding and compliance.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based modalities to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Engage in the development of personalized treatment plans in tandem with the treatment team, incorporating patient goals and preferences to enhance their engagement in the recovery process.
