This full-time position allows for remote work flexibility, enabling our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide essential services from the comfort of their chosen work environment. As part of a detox center, the LCSW will engage with a diverse client population, aligning their therapeutic practices with the unique needs of those undergoing detoxification from substances. You will collaborate with a robust team of professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, ensuring integrated care plans that enhance patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gauge individuals' mental health status, outlining their strengths, weaknesses, and challenges during the detoxification process.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to meet the emotional and psychological needs of patients in detox.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for individualized patient support.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering informed decision-making regarding their care.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques that promote healing and coping strategies.
• Design personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, integrating patient goals and preferences into their recovery journey.
• Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their needs and rights to ensure they receive the best possible care.
• Organize and lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and discharge planning meetings, ensuring a smooth transition for patients post-detox.

The primary focus of this position is on individuals experiencing substance use challenges, specifically those in detoxification. You will address diverse mental health issues and substance-related disorders, tailoring your therapeutic approach to support clients in developing coping mechanisms and healthier lifestyles as they navigate their recovery journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• Previous experience working within a detox or substance abuse treatment environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in providing group therapy and psychoeducation, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment plans.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus. We offer competitive benefits, including:
