• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient service providers to foster effective communication and support.
• Manage interactions with insurance companies to streamline pre-certification processes and facilitate utilization management for ongoing care.
• Engage actively in discharge planning and aftercare processes to ensure the continued success of our clients following their detox experience.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, guiding clients in developing a healthy relationship with food while offering emotional and psychological backing.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the clients' unique circumstances, taking into account their intersecting identities and experiences.

Your focus will primarily be on clients undergoing detoxification, often facing significant mental health challenges alongside substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse demographic, including older adults, and utilize your clinical expertise to provide individualized care plans. Your ability to understand and empathize with their specific experiences will be instrumental in guiding them toward recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience working with older adults is essential for this role.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities that enhance client assessment and intervention effectiveness are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to foster positive interactions with clients and their families.
• You must be capable of both independent work and collaboration within a virtual team setting.

• Experience in substance abuse treatment and knowledge of the detoxification process is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically documenting care plans and maintaining accurate client records.
