Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to address the individual needs of clients effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
