• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices that resonate with clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, fostering the integrity of client information.
• Regularly engage with the treatment team in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine therapeutic approaches and share insights for enhanced care delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower them throughout their treatment journey.
• Proactively stay abreast of the latest mental health research, attending workshops and seminars that promote ongoing learning and professional growth.

In this role, you will support a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from varied backgrounds, each facing a unique set of challenges. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring that each individual receives the understanding and strategies they need to achieve meaningful progress.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a strong ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to address the individual needs of clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking capabilities to analyze complex situations and develop effective treatment strategies.
• A commitment to teamwork, demonstrating respect for the contributions of fellow professionals and a dedication to creating a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, as it equips therapists with a wealth of understanding regarding the specific challenges faced by the population we serve.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools is advantageous, given the remote nature of this position.
