Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including their psychological, emotional, and social histories.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that outline achievable goals and objectives based on individual client assessments.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
  • Regularly monitor and document client progress towards treatment goals, ensuring all documentation adheres to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources, promoting a holistic approach to client treatment.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and actively involve them in the therapeutic process to facilitate understanding and recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and age groups. Your ability to foster rapport and create safe spaces for clients facing issues such as relationship dynamics, trauma, and life transitions will be crucial to your success in this role. Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
