About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Field Supervisor at Bellview Hospice Care Inc, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated nursing team in providing compassionate end-of-life care. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families in San Bernardino, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Requirements:
