Legacy Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our innovative team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This full-time, remote position offers you the opportunity to impact clients' lives through telehealth services, with a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and interventions suited to various client backgrounds and experiences.
  • Engage with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly track progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records within SimplePractice, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to provide comprehensive support as needed.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development through relevant continuing education courses and training opportunities, contributing to your own growth and the advancement of mental health practices.
  • Manage a minimum caseload of 10 sessions per week, with an expectation of up to 25 sessions as practice demands increase.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including enhancing your profile on Psychology Today, to promote services and connect with potential clients.
  • Attend weekly case review meetings to collaborate with peers, exchange insights, and ensure high standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will have a significant focus on serving diverse populations, particularly individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. With the telehealth model, you will have the chance to reach clients who may otherwise have barriers to accessing such services, thereby expanding your impact within the community.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a related field, with an emphasis on best practices in mental health.
  • A valid and current Pennsylvania state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing counseling services, particularly in clinical or outpatient settings, is required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential to ensure accurate treatment planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and facilitate effective therapy.
  • An ability to function autonomously while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
