The Consolidated Tribal Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic services, including individual counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and discharge plans that align with clients' mental health goals and ongoing needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify issues and help determine appropriate therapeutic paths or referrals.
  • Maintain a diverse caseload, managing both individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, ensuring that client needs are being met effectively.
  • Ensure that client documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans, is complete, accurate, and corresponds with internal and external record-keeping systems.
  • Adapt and modify assessment protocols based on best practices and compliance with health plan regulations to enhance service delivery.
  • Regularly review and enhance treatment strategies based on client feedback and clinical outcomes to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications
