This position allows for a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning work hours with personal commitments.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments for new and returning clients to determine their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and ongoing assessment of progress.
• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care during individual sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention techniques and stabilization services, ensuring clients in acute distress receive timely support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on individual responses and therapy outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and resources, empowering them with coping strategies for everyday challenges.
• Assist clients in creating discharge and aftercare plans to foster sustained recovery post-therapy.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards in mental health treatment throughout case management.
• Engage in regular training sessions and professional development programs to enhance counseling techniques and methodologies.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing chronic illnesses, mental health conditions, and those grappling with trauma-related issues. • A current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Missouri.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within a healthcare or psychiatric setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in crisis intervention and effective case management practices.
• Experience working with clients facing a range of psychological challenges and trauma.
• Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines, and state-specific mental health laws.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including strong problem-solving and advocacy skills for client needs.

Candidates with experience using telehealth platforms and familiarity with advanced mental health IT systems will be at an advantage. Additionally, knowledge of treatment protocols for specific mental health disorders is highly regarded.

We offer competitive compensation packages in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, supplemented with performance-based incentives.
