As Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Learning, you will set the strategy for enterprise risk learning across regulatory, ethics, privacy, security, and annual required programs. You will lead a talented team and partner with business and functional leaders to turn complex requirements into clear, modern learning that builds capability, supports sound decisions, and reduces risk. This is an opportunity to lead the enterprise risk, regulatory, ethics, privacy, security, and annual required learning initiatives learning through innovation, data, and a strong focus on the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set and lead the enterprise risk, regulatory, ethics, privacy, security, and annual required learning initiatives risk learning strategy, aligned with business priorities, workforce needs, culture, and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as a trusted learning advisor to Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Privacy, Security, Human Resources, and business leaders.

  • Modernize required learning into engaging, role-relevant experiences that support behavior change, stronger decisions, and reduced enterprise risk.

  • Advance practical learning approaches, including AI-enabled solutions, performance support, personalized learning, microlearning, and learning in the flow of work.

  • Create or refine governance standards that improve consistency, speed decisions, strengthen the employee experience, and focus investment where it matters most.

  • Partner with risk and business leaders to assess role-based needs, reduce duplication, streamline learning portfolios, and make better use of learner time.

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team responsible for learning design, development, delivery, and governance.

  • Use learning analytics, risk data, employee insights, and business measures to evaluate impact and guide improvements.

  • Track regulatory, business, workforce, and technology trends, then translate them into forward-looking learning strategies.

  • Manage the enterprise risk learning portfolio, vendor relationships, and budgets in line with enterprise priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, risk or compliance learning, or corporate training.

  • Experience leading enterprise learning programs related to risk, compliance, ethics, regulatory matters, privacy, security, or governance in a highly regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated success leading teams and large-scale learning initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, performance consulting, and modern learning methods.

  • Experience using learning technology, AI, automation, digital platforms, or analytics to improve effectiveness, scale, or efficiency.

  • Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including partnership with senior leaders.

  • Experience driving innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement in a learning organization.

  • Ability to translate complex risk and regulatory needs into clear, practical learning solutions.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to use data and insights to measure impact, communicate value, and guide decisions.

  • Strong business acumen and a record of challenging traditional approaches to improve performance, reduce risk, and protect learner time.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 120,300 - 200,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
