• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions in accordance with program schedules, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans for every client on your caseload, ensuring comprehensive assessments and follow-up strategies that promote recovery.
• Regularly engage with family members and referral sources, maintaining open lines of communication to enhance the support network for your clients.
• Take an active role in Quality Improvement initiatives, contributing insights and expertise to bolster organizational practices.
• Participate in in-service training, supervision meetings, and interdisciplinary team gatherings to foster a collaborative and continuously improving work culture.
• Ensure that all client records are thorough and compliant with licensing standards, contributing to holistic care practices and risk management strategies.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (e.g., MA Clinical Social Work, MA Counseling).

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.
• Proficiency in using technology for client management, including familiarization with Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a self-directed work ethic.
