Kooth Behavioral Health, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Perform thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of customized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated treatment approaches.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance policies and procedures, along with pertinent regulations that govern mental health practice.
• Document therapy sessions and assessment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies, promoting accountability and transparency in patient care.
• Engage with clients regularly to track progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and provide ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse community of individuals seeking outpatient mental health support. This role requires a deep understanding of various mental health conditions, cultural sensitivities, and the ability to tailor interventions to meet individual client needs. Our client base includes adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a spectrum of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LPCC, your insights and interventions will directly impact their mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field with an active LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical counseling in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on creating a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with digital platform tools used in mental health.
• Prior experience in conducting group therapy sessions and leading workshops on mental health topics.
• Knowledge of current trends and advancements in mental health counseling and therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual income of USD 120,000 – 130,000, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Kooth Behavioral Health offers:
