Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, which means you can work from the comfort of your chosen environment while being a part of a collaborative team. You will engage in virtual meetings, utilize teletherapy tools, and ensure adherence to the confidentiality and security protocols essential for providing mental health services. Our remote setting is equipped with the technology and support needed to facilitate effective client interactions and team collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating input from psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards throughout all interactions and documentation.
• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to better address their evolving needs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in mental health counseling to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Kooth Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your expertise will guide clients in developing coping strategies, improving their emotional well-being, and achieving their personal goals. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California is a prerequisite for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling, providing a robust foundation for effectively managing client needs.
• A strong understanding of ethical and legal issues in counseling, demonstrating your commitment to professional integrity.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth technology for counseling sessions, adapting seamlessly to a virtual environment.
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans that effectively engage clients in their therapeutic journey.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
