Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Coordinate treatment with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating input from psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards throughout all interactions and documentation.
  • Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to better address their evolving needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in mental health counseling to ensure the highest quality of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Kooth Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
