Restorative Touch Counseling Center is seeking a full-time LCSW to provide remote therapy services to school-aged children and adolescents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your clinical skills and expertise to promote emotional well-being in a safe, supportive environment. The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as needed, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
  • Guide clients and their families in accessing community resources, support services, and social programs that enhance their mental health.
  • Maintain detailed electronic health records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with best practices and confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with educators and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic care for students.
  • Empower clients by teaching effective coping strategies, self-care techniques, and communication skills to manage their mental health independently.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends and research in clinical social work and teletherapy.
