• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that delve into clients' mental health challenges and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing a supportive space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance for a variety of mental health issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and it is essential to approach each case with cultural sensitivity and a tailored therapeutic approach. • An accredited Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and their application in a clinical setting.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
