Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of counseling sessions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to each session's goals.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' feedback, preferences, and goals, and adjust these plans as the counseling process unfolds.
• Actively provide emotional support and practical strategies to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health, relationships, and personal development.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals, involving consultations and referrals when necessary to ensure a holistic care approach.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records are consistently updated and organized.
• Enhance professional knowledge by participating in training, workshops, and staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. The individuals you serve may present with experiences related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and more. Your role is crucial in promoting resilience and recovery, allowing clients to navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• An active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Previous remote counseling or teletherapy experience is highly desirable, demonstrating proficiency in managing virtual client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to financial compensation, you will benefit from:
