    • Coordinate across multiple workstreams (delivery, engineering, finance, contract, product, field operations) to ensure cohesive execution
    Governance, Risk & Issue Management
    • Drive Front Door governance standards to ensure disciplined intake, review, escalation, and decisionmaking.
    • Identify execution risks, delivery constraints, resourcing gaps, or dependency conflicts early and proactively manage mitigation plans.

    • Facilitate communication across the CN Presale Team to ensure transparency and shared understanding of program status and risks.
Process Improvement & Scaling the Front Door
    • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Front Door operating model as deal volume and complexity scale.
    • Standardize presales program management artifacts, workflows, and governance practices.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce friction, eliminate duplicate handoffs, and improve cycle time without compromising quality.
    • Support reporting, dashboards, and leadership visibility into pipeline, capacity, and execution readiness
