Job Description

Title: Marketing Technology Analyst / Martech Execution Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Technology Analyst with strong execution capabilities to support a growing martech function. This individual will help bridge business needs with technical solutions and contribute directly to platform-level work across the marketing technology stack, including an upcoming CRM transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and execution across marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to:
    • Understand business requirements
    • Translate into system solutions
  • Assist with CRM migration planning and execution
  • Work across Martech tools to:
    • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions
  • Provide tactical support to senior team members on active initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across systems (email, data, media, CRM)

Working Model:

  • Remote / flexible location
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Works closely with solution leads and platform specialists
Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred (or similar)
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems

  • Ability to understand:
    • Data flows
    • Customer data structures
    • Cross-platform integration
