Hospitality/Hotel Contracts Attorney – Remote Contract Opportunity


Consilio is seeking an experienced Hospitality/Hotel Contracts Attorney for a short-term, fully remote assignment with a university client.


  • The attorney will review a fixed set of hotel and hospitality agreements and advise the client regarding its contractual obligations, risks, and available options.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience with hospitality industry contracts, including familiarity with hotel, conference, group booking, cancellation, attrition, or similar agreements.
  • Experience developing contract mitigation strategies and negotiating with hotels or hospitality companies is strongly preferred.
  • This is a remote assignment expected to last approximately one month, with hours as needed. An active license to practice law in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction is required.
