Mohawk Trail Counseling Center is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health services to clients in a compassionate and supportive environment. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource networks.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Facilitating crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and providing safety planning as necessary to support client stability.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Leading psychoeducational groups and support sessions to empower clients and foster a sense of community.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, particularly those that are evidence-based.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy in client interactions.

While the above qualifications are required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care settings, as the position is integrated with a hospice center.
• Expertise in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.
• A background in leading group therapy or psychoeducation sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
