Job Description

The Enterprise Business Conduct (EBC) Risk Management Senior Consultant will support the enterprise's Ethics, Regulatory Compliance, and Privacy risk management program by conducting riskbased assessments, evaluating control effectiveness, and advising on mitigation strategies that strengthen program maturity and operational effectiveness. This role focuses on ensuring ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risks are identified proactively, assessed consistently, and addressed effectively, in alignment with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct riskbased ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risk assessments to evaluate inherent risk, control design, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assess whether ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy controls are welldesigned, implemented in practice, and working effectively.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging risks, including regulatory change, data usage, and technologyenabled risks.
  • Advise business partners on practical, riskbased remediation actions and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support advancement of the ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy program across program maturity stages using recognized frameworks.
  • Identify systemic themes and improvement opportunities to strengthen program consistency, integration, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Legal, HR, Technology, Privacy, Internal Audit, and business leaders to ensure a coordinated enterprise risk approach.
  • Prepare clear, executiveready risk summaries, dashboards, and metrics highlighting key risks and trends.
  • Contribute to building and sustaining a strong ethical culture, reinforcing accountability, speakup, and responsible data stewardship.
Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience one or more of the following areas: Ethics and compliance programs, regulatory compliance or privacy risk management or enterprise risk management, internal audit, or assurance
Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding ofethics, compliance, and privacy risk conceptsand control frameworks
  • Ability to evaluateprogram design and operational effectiveness
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including executivelevel synthesis
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to influence and partner across functions without formal authority

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
