Job Overview

Bigge is hiring a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to support the ongoing development of WorkPro, our internal Operations, Dispatch, Asset Management, and Field Service platform. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with a strong emphasis on Angular front-end development, supported by solid backend and database experience.

The developer will be part of a small, focused product team, working closely with a Senior Developer and a Product Owner. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants meaningful ownership of features, exposure to complex business workflows, and the opportunity to continue growing technically while contributing within an

established team structure.

Preferred: This is a full-time hybrid position based in Houston, Texas, or San Leandro, California.ย

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend (Primary Focus)

  • Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces for WorkPro modules, including Field Service, Dispatch, and Technician workflows.
  • Design and implement responsive, mobile-first user experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Develop modern user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and
  • Implement role-based UI components for dispatchers, service managers, and field
  • Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable Angular components in collaboration with the Senior Developer.
  • Improve usability and performance across data-heavy screens such as job lists, schedulers, dashboards, and technician-facing workflows.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and consistent user experiences across


Backend & Integration

  • Develop and maintain REST APIs supporting service orders, dispatch, billing, and
  • Work with SQL Server-based data models and stored procedures to support core
  • Assist with integrations to enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Trackunit, and Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Contribute to workflow automation, audit history, operational reporting, and AI-enabled


Team & Delivery

  • Work within a structured delivery model with a Product Owner managing backlog and
  • Partner with the Senior Developer on implementation approaches, code quality, and technical
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and incremental
  • Take ownership of assigned features from development through production

Qualifications:

Required

  • 5+ years of professional software development
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first user interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks and component libraries, including Tailwind
  • Experience building and supporting production-grade web
  • Solid backend development experience using C#, .NET, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful
  • Familiarity with RxJS, reactive programming concepts, and state management
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile, team-based development


Preferred

  • Experience with Angular 19+, including standalone components, signals, reactive programming patterns, and modern Angular architecture best practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
  • Experience with field service, dispatch, workforce management, or operational
  • Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, or business systems, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and
  • Familiarity with scheduling, calendar, mapping, or workflow-driven user
  • Exposure to AI-enabled application features, including intelligent workflows, generative AI, and automation
  • Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-hosted
  • Experience building or supporting mobile, technician-facing, or offline-capable
  • Experience with cross-platform and native mobile application development frameworks, such as Ionic (Angular), Flutter, React Native, or native iOS development.
