Background:

Navanti is seeking a seasoned Proposal Pricing Manager to provide expert support in proposal pricing for various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Cost-Plus (CP) contracts. This role involves managing the setup and application of pricing templates, sourcing and analyzing pricing information, and briefing management on pricing assumptions in response to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy and management for government contracts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Template Setup - Develop and maintain pricing templates for FFP, T&M, and CP contracts.
  • RFP Application - Apply and adapt pricing templates to specific customer RFPs to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Pricing Information Sourcing - Source and analyze relevant pricing data to support RFP responses, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Management Briefings - Prepare and present pricing assumptions, strategies, and justifications to management teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the pricing structure and its implications.
  • Compliance - Ensure all pricing models comply with government regulations and are competitive and feasible within the context of the RFP.
