WHYWE'RELOOKING:

We are looking to grow ourteamwith aDirector ofMarketing who can drive our brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy across our portfolio of SaaS brands. This role is crucial in shaping how we engage dealerships, expand market share, and communicate the value ofDealerBuilt'ssolutions. Yourexpertisewill play a vital role in fueling our growth andpositioningDealerBuilt as the leading innovator in dealership technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Player / Coach role with significant weighting on doing the workand building systems from scratch

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns withDealerBuilt'svision and growthobjectives.

  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels to ensure a consistent and compelling voice in the market.

  • Drive demand generation programs, includingtargeting, contact appending,digital marketing, campaigns, and account-based marketing to support sales pipeline growth.

  • Lead internalresourcefor design work and potentially an agency contractor for special needs.

  • Collaboratewith and leverageSales,Sales Operations,RevOps,Product, Success, and Solution Engagementteamsto drive content,campaign ideas, accuracy and positioning of messaging, andinsightsto ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

  • Project managementstylefocusforindustry eventsto ensure execution andreturn on investment.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness while using insights tooptimizeperformance.

  • Collaborate with CRO and Director of Sales Operations to ensurebusiness prioritieshavestrong strategy, plans, execution, andmetrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing,business,communications, related field, or work experience equivalent.

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.

  • 3+ years ofautomotiveSaaSindustryanddealership technology solutionsisREQUIRED.

  • Proventrack recordof building and scaling marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.

  • Strongexpertisein digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.

  • Exceptionalwriting,communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset with a creative and entrepreneurial approach.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Experience with Websites and HubSpot (or other Marketing Automation Tools)
