Position Overview

Join our dedicated team at Resilience Retreat Psychological Services, Inc. as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. As a fully licensed professional—either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)—you will utilize your skills to help clients across various demographics achieve their mental health goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual’s needs.
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate growth and healing.
  • Develop, implement, and modify customized treatment plans that align with the client's unique needs while monitoring their progress regularly.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals and community partners to create integrated, comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations to ensure high-quality care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele often faces challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note that we do not accept provisional licenses or any candidates with disciplinary actions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in delivering therapy in a virtual setting, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.
  • Proven track record of working with diverse populations and handling various presenting issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant therapeutic modalities and frameworks to enhance client care.
