The work setting is entirely remote, enabling therapists to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. This approach not only enhances accessibility for our patients but also supports a flexible work-life balance for our staff. As a member of a collaborative team, you will have access to robust support systems, including supervision and professional development opportunities. You will also engage with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health disorders within a community-focused framework.

  • Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples, applying appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to their situations.
  • Utilize ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.
  • Educate patients on coping strategies and techniques to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed, ensuring comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population including adults, children, and families who are coping with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals develop effective coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration within a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Knowledge and application of evidence-based practices for treating diverse mental health disorders.
  • Experience in telehealth counseling is a plus, as you will be interacting with clients virtually.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with company matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan.
  • Mileage reimbursement for any in-field work.
  • Quarterly productivity bonuses as a reward for outstanding performance.
  • New hire bonuses to welcome and acknowledge your contribution to our mission.
Career Growth Opportunities
