Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and identify emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address diverse client needs.
• Monitor client progress diligently through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your skills to stabilize and support them effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with established legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care, sharing insights and resources to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
