Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must hold an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, including specialized training or significant practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practices to effectively address a variety of mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery process.
  • Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on hospice or palliative care.
  • Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively to engage clients remotely.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client record management.
