Job description

*Job Summary*
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
*Duties*
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate products to customers
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with proper phone etiquette
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
*Experience*
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Experience in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels would be advantageous
