What is a Remote Restaurant job?

A Remote Restaurant job involves working for a restaurant or food service business from a remote location, rather than being physically present at a restaurant. What is a remote restaurant?

A remote restaurant is a dining establishment that operates without a traditional dine-in space, focusing on delivery or takeout orders only. Often referred to as a 'ghost kitchen' or 'virtual restaurant,' these businesses prepare meals in a commercial kitchen and fulfill orders through online platforms or apps. This model allows restaurants to reduce overhead costs associated with in-person dining and reach a broader customer base through digital channels. Remote restaurants have become increasingly popular due to shifting consumer preferences and advancements in food delivery technology.
