• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, delivering treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage in group therapy sessions, family counseling, and couples therapy, effectively managing dynamics and facilitating discussions that promote healing and connection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to the highest ethical practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training workshops and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care, leveraging the expertise of various mental health professionals to deliver holistic support.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Resilience Rays Therapy, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Many clients may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Your role will directly impact their ability to navigate these challenges and build resilience in their lives.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is necessary.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.

• The position offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
