Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments of clients to identify their unique needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized, solution-focused treatment plans that cater to the diverse backgrounds of clients, addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting your approach based on the evolving needs of clients to ensure positive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case discussions and strategy sessions to enhance the quality of care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in social work and mental health treatments to incorporate best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from individuals seeking support during the detoxification process to those managing ongoing issues related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role will provide critical support during some of the most challenging periods of their lives, working directly with clients to help them develop coping strategies, resilience, and pathways toward holistic recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Oregon is required.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans and interventions that are sensitive to the unique experiences of each client.
• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a detox center or similar rehabilitation facility.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• History of collaborative work within a clinical team setting to deliver patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt your approach based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
