Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist at Calm Harbor Psychiatric Solutions, you will engage actively with a diverse clientele and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting supportive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring that therapeutic protocols are adhered to.
  • Observing and documenting pertinent patient information related to their treatment plans, including their emotional and behavioral patterns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
  • Proven ability to conduct professional evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
