• Conduct intake assessments, which include biopsychosocial evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients and establish medical necessity for services.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, ensuring they are reviewed regularly and adjusted according to client progress.
• Provide counseling sessions that may encompass various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the differing needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Document client interactions accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring records reflect the necessary clinical progress notes and treatment plan updates.
