Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Centered Counseling Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a positive rapport with clients, fostering a safe and trusting environment for therapy.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs and circumstances, ensuring a tailored approach to care.
• Leading counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic interventions.
• Regularly meeting with clients to monitor progress, provide support, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and ensuring alignment with clients' goals.

Qualifications

• A valid and active LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits

Centered Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this base salary, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
