Join our Corporate Partnerships team as a Supporter Relationship Manager and take ownership of a portfolio of corporate partners, helping them achieve their sustainability and social impact goals while expanding the Arbor Day Foundation's mission. You will develop strong partner relationships, consistently renew and grow partner commitments, and create experiences that increase both partner value and environmental impact.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow an existing portfolio of 100 corporate partners 
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships and co-create partnership plans that align business and mission goals 
  • Deliver innovative, customized solutions that enhance partner engagement and impact  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and strong partner outcomes  
  • Provide consistent updates through presentations, reporting, and ongoing dialogue to increase visibility into our work  
  • Manage partner budgets, forecasting, and ensure responsible stewardship of funds  
  • Track all partner communications and performance metrics within CRM tools  
  • Travel 10–15% (1–2 times per quarter) for partner meetings, conferences, and on-site engagement opportunities

Your Support System:  

You’ll report to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, mission delivery to provide an exceptional partner experiences and impact. 

Days and Location:  

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska 
Schedule: In-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; optional remote work on Wednesday and Friday. Office hours are 8am to 5pm
