Establishing structured meeting schedules and setting clear expectations helps bridge the distance and ensures alignment on regional goals. Additionally, strong focus on relationship-building, transparent reporting, and timely feedback are essential for fostering trust and driving team performance, even when working remotely. Successful managers often visit key sites periodically to strengthen team connections and gain firsthand insights.
