We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, and goal-oriented individual to play a key role in our growth. We have an opening for a Remote Recruiter. This is a comission only position

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:ย 

Create and post open jobs
Screening potential candidates on the phone
Interviewing candidates
Conducting reference/background checksย 
Conducting new hire compliance
Comply with state and federal regulationย 
Other projects as assigned in HR
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years Customer service experience, or Human resources/recruiting experienceย 
Customer service and communication skillsย 
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills
