This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. As part of our outpatient office team, you will connect with colleagues regularly through virtual meetings and collaborative platform tools, fostering an engaging professional network that prioritizes client-centered practices. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring that you have a structured schedule while also enjoying the benefits of remote work.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client experiences and clinical indications.
• Maintain and manage accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for our clients.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance treatment strategies, and uphold high standards of care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and methodologies in psychotherapy, contributing to your professional development and enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

Our clientele encompasses a varied demographic with diverse mental health needs, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. • A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and support clients effectively.

• Experience in providing remote therapy services is highly desirable, showcasing your comfort with digital communication and virtual treatment modalities.
