Job Description

Our client is looking for a Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of positions across the organization. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while helping the company attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruit for corporate positions, including accounting, finance, and professional services roles.
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Experience recruiting accounting, finance, professional services, or other business support positions.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
