Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading SaaS technology organization to identify a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys owning the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable recruiting for a broad range of positions from junior-level individual contributors to senior-level professionals. This role is best suited for someone who is eager to learn, welcomes feedback, and is motivated to take ownership of recruiting initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Recruit for a variety of corporate positions with an emphasis on sales, go-to-market, marketing, and other business functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques and networking strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience negotiating offers and confidently communicating compensation structures and total rewards.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and recruiting teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
