Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients entering the detox program.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) aimed at addressing the family’s needs during treatment.
  • Facilitate support sessions for families to strengthen their coping strategies and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies in alignment with established best practices.
  • Administer evidence-based interventions while building rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.
  • Utilize the coaching model approach and natural environment teaching techniques to enhance engagement and learning.
  • Maintain adherence to all federal and state regulations to ensure the safety and health of clients and staff.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans comprehensively to support continuity of care.
