Remote Readers may work independently but frequently participate in virtual meetings to align on evaluation criteria, discuss challenging cases, or receive training and updates from supervisors. Communication with colleagues is usually maintained through email, instant messaging, and scheduled video calls. This structure allows for flexible work hours but also requires proactive organization and consistent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and fairness in evaluations.
