Teleradiology Radiologist – Flexible Remote Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a well-established teleradiology practice seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiologists to join their remote team on a highly flexible basis.


Position Highlights:

  • Fully remote teleradiology position – work from anywhere in the U.S. or internationally (with active U.S. licenses)
  • Full-time 1099 or Part-time options available (At-Will “Read When You Want” model)
  • No on-call, no weekends, and no night shifts – daytime only
  • No benefits included (1099 independent contractor)
  • Strong support staff and advanced AI tools that boost reading efficiency by 20-30%
  • Full-time radiologists are currently earning $1.3M – $1.4M+ annually
  • 100% outpatient reads with no strict quotas or minimums
  • Malpractice insurance, tail coverage, and workstation provided
  • Flexible mix of general radiology and subspecialty cases (you can read 100% in your subspecialty or blend in general cases)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABR or equivalent)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. state medical licenses
  • Subspecialty training or experience in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Body Imaging, or similar is a plus
  • *Radiologists living outside the United States who hold an active principal state license and additional U.S. state licenses are encouraged to apply

Active licenses in any of the following states:

  • Major Core States: CA, AZ, NV, TX, FL
  • Other Core States: GA, IL, KY, MA, NY, CT


The client’s licensing team will support you in obtaining up to 2–3 additional state licenses to help you get started quickly.
