Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Data Center Product Manager to join our Information Technology Asset Lifecycle Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing our front-of-lifecycle Data Center infrastructure services portfolio across hardware, software, and services.

You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team sitting at the absolute center of the industry's shift toward Artificial Intelligence infrastructure and hyperscale capacity expansion, giving you direct ownership and high executive visibility.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Lead structured Voice of the Customer programs, market sizing, and competitive analysis to deeply understand target segments and drive strategic investment decisions.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for front-of-lifecycle data center infrastructure services to maximize market differentiation and revenue growth.

  • Business Case & Investment Planning: Build robust financial models, pricing strategies, and Return on Investment projections while establishing clear Key Performance Indicators to track performance.

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership Engagement: Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations to secure funding and drive cross-functional consensus across Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.

  • Service Build, Launch, & Scaling: Partner with technical and operational teams to define service specifications, Service Level Agreements, and shop floor processes, ensuring global readiness from Go-To-Market strategy to full-scale launch.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, with a dedicated focus on enterprise data center infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge of the Data Center ecosystem-including Hyperscale cloud builders (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle), Graphics Processing Unit cloud operators, Enterprise Data Center environments, and Colocation providers.

  • Hands-on familiarity with front-of-lifecycle workflows, including hardware procurement and configuration, rack and stack, staging and integration, deployment logistics, and smart hands services.

  • Proven ability in developing robust business cases, financial modeling, and translating technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master of Business Administration is preferred.
