  •  Generate material takeoffs and summaries of structural framing for estimating purposes.
  •  Assist Sales by creating preliminary drawings and providing column base reactions as needed.
  •  Review scopes of work for PEMB proposals and provide quality control for engineering-related items.
  •  Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and Pricing teams to deliver accurate and timely quotes.
  •  Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize cost and design efficiency.
  •  Communicate with internal departments to ensure project scope is accurate and comprehensive.
  •  Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all estimates and design outputs.
  •  Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Benefits:

  •  Highly competitive salary and compensation package based on skills and experience.

  • Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) and Microsoft Excel preferred.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
