Quantum Psych Recovery Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic care team in a full-time capacity. The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Evaluating clients to determine the frequency, intensity, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms through structured interviews and assessments.
• Collaborating with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies to facilitate effective treatment.
• Providing education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, various treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance recovery.
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as required based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Working in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients.
• Staying current with the latest research on mood disorders and therapeutic approaches to consistently enhance treatment strategies and patient outcomes.
• Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in case consultations, regular team meetings, and professional development opportunities to promote continuous improvement.
• Advocating for clients’ mental health needs, navigating barriers to care, and contributing to destigmatizing mental health issues.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will primarily focus on individuals and families grappling with relationship challenges, including divorce and family dynamics. You will engage with clients facing a broad range of mood disorders, offering specialized support that acknowledges the unique complexities of each situation. Your insights will play a critical role in helping individuals and families achieve stability and improved relational functioning.

To be considered for this rewarding role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the development of trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences, essential for creating a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Experience in modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, narrative therapy, transgenerational therapy, or communication-focused approaches.
• Specific training or certification in evidence-based practices relevant to mood disorders.
• A background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for eligible candidates. In addition, we provide:
