Project Director Quantitative Research


Lieberman, Inc. is seeking a Market Research Project Director to join our quantitative research team. This role involves managing custom research projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to clients. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about using data to solve business challenges.


Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple research projects
  • Write questionnaires and manage fieldwork
  • Oversee data processing and analysis (including multivariate techniques)
  • Analyze and synthesize data to address key business questions
  • Assist in creating accurate, business-oriented reports using intuitive charts, infographics, and graphics
  • Proof and post numbers for toplines and reports
  • Partner with and provide guidance to Junior Project Directors


What You'll Bring

  • 24 years of market research experience
  • BA/BS in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, business)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, SPSS, Excel, and Word
  • Strong communication skills
  • *Experience in pharma, healthcare, or retail preferred*


Work Environment

  • Fully remote position

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

$55,000 $60,000 annually

Additional Compensation

  • Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on performance
