You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, test, document, and maintain high-quality and scalable Big Data, Cloud solutions
  • Design and architect data solutions to suit client product needs. Develop and implement analytic solutions
  • Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable data pipelines
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement on existing solutions
  • Implement large Data warehouse solutions in Cloud
  • Analyze and define customer requirements and build products specific to client needs
  • Work on architecting solutions for analytic platforms while partnering with cross functional teams
  • Make accurate development effort estimates to assist management in project and resource planning
  • Write technical documentation and participate in production support
  • Keep skills up to date through ongoing self-directed training

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT-related work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in hands-on software development
  • 2+ years of experience in Azure cloud platform & cloud services
  • 2+ years of experience in development using Python, Spark
  • 2+ years ofexperience in using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, python, pyspark, AKS
  • 2+ years of experience in MySQL and NoSQL databases
  • 2+ years of experience in tools such as Airflow, CI/CD using Jenkins
  • 2+ years of experience in API development, Streaming, Kafka, event hubs
  • Understanding containerization and performance tuning in Data & Engineering Pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Python, PySpark, Snowflake & Databricks experience
  • Excellent analysis, process, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to change and adapt quickly, Excellent Team Player showcasing independence and ownership

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
