Job description

TechOp Solutions International is looking for a skilled and motivated Program Manager who will provide operational leadership, personnel oversight, and program management support for a large-scale federal services program supporting administrative, compliance, audit, and operational review activities. This individual will oversee daily operations, manage staff across multiple locations, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure contract performance objectives are successfully achieved. Successful candidates will be skilled at triaging and prioritizing workload, have rigorous attention to detail, and be experienced in managing remote teams. 

Recruiter Note: An active CPA or PMP certification is highly desired.

Duties:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for operational, administrative, and compliance support activities performed by staff. 
  • Monitor contract performance, operational metrics, quality assurance standards, and service delivery requirements. 
  • Conduct quality reviews of reports, administrative documentation, operational workflows, and staff performance. 
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables and support activities in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational priorities. 
  • Develop and implement process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and operational best practices. 
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, staffing updates, operational summaries, and briefings 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Minimum of BS degree, MA/MS Preferred  
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • 10+ years of similar or related work experience required
  • Professional certifications- highly desired  
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and auditing financial records- strongly desired 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prepare reports, conduct quality reviews, and support operational planning activities. 
  • Previous DHS experience strongly desired 
  • Must meet security eligibility requirements
