Work Environment

This is a remote role based in Morristown, Tennessee, allowing for flexible working arrangements while still engaging with children, families, and team members. As a social worker in a school facility, you will work collaboratively with educators and support staff, utilizing digital communication tools to deliver effective interventions and support to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of essential functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to meet each child's unique requirements.
• Monitoring and evaluating outcomes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to adjust services as necessary.
• Providing education, resources, and emotional support to families, enhancing their ability to support their child's development.
• Adhering to all relevant Federal and State regulations related to child services.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to guide interventions.
• Creating positive rapport with children and their families to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily targets infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, supporting their growth in critical areas such as communication, cognitive skills, motor development, and social-emotional learning. Your role will directly impact these children's ability to reach developmental milestones during the crucial first three years of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license, ensuring the capacity to travel when necessary.
• A proven history of adapting to diverse learning styles to meet individual children's needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with children, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have:

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization. Additional benefits include:
