What is a remote psychotherapist?

This allows clients to receive counseling and support from the comfort of their own homes or any location with internet access. Remote psychotherapy offers flexibility, accessibility, and can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns. It is an increasingly popular option for individuals seeking mental health support, especially those with busy schedules or limited access to local therapists.
