  • Partner with Employee Relations to maintain employment policies in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
  • Assist with the employment and labor legal alerts process and conduct special projects, as needed.

What you'll need:

  • J.D. degree and at least 5 years' experience performing employment law investigations and advising on employment & labor law issues and matters.
  • Demonstrated strong working knowledge of US Federal and State/local employment laws.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to apply those skills to a wide range of business and corporate settings.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills and demonstrated proficiency in the use of artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to interface effectively with employees at all levels of employment.
  • Experience advising on Employment Law artificial intelligence is preferred.
